A regular routine helps to:

🧼 1. Cleanse - morning and night Good cleansing removes impurities, sebum and make-up or pollution residues.

It's the foundation of healthy skin. Morning: to wake up the skin and eliminate toxins accumulated during the night. In the Evening: to remove make-up, pollution and excess sebum. Remember to use a special eye and lip cleanser, especially if you're sensitive.

 Tip: Don't forget the neck, and always finish with a gentle rinse or toner.

🍊 2. Exfoliate - 1-2 times a week Exfoliation removes dead cells and boosts cell renewal.

 The complexion becomes more radiant and subsequent skin care products are better absorbed.

Choose a gentle texture suited to your skin type (enzymatic, chemical or mechanical).

 Tip: Exfoliate preferably in the evening and always follow with a mask or moisturizer.

💧 3. Moisturize - every morning Moisturizing is essential for keeping skin supple, comfortable and luminous.

It also protects against external aggressors (cold, sun, pollution...). Choose a texture that suits your skin: light, rich, gel, cream... as well as one or more specific needs such as acne, wrinkles, excess sebum...

Don't forget your eyes and lips, which also deserve to be moisturized and pampered!

Tip: Apply with light massages from the center of the face outwards.

🌙 4. Nourish & treat - at night At night, the skin enters its regeneration phase.

This is the ideal time to apply targeted skin care products: serums, repair creams, anti-aging or anti-imperfection actives.

The order of application: first the light textures (serum), then the richer ones (cream). And don't forget your eyes and lips: sublimate them with precise treatments adapted to their sensitivity.

Tip: Care products penetrate better when applied to clean, slightly damp skin.

🎭 5. Apply a mask - 1-2 times a week A mask acts like an intensive skincare treatment.
