Official Contest Rules Golden Tickets
Date: October 5 , 2026, to April 30, 2027
1. ORGANIZER
The contest is held by Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC. “the organizer” or “the contest organizer.”
2. DURATION
The Contest will run during the following period (“Contest Period”)
Contest Start Date: October 5, 2026 Time: 8:00 a.m. (Montreal, QC)
Contest End Date: April 30, 2027 Time: 11:59 p.m. (Montreal, QC)
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick who have reached the legal age of majority on the date of registration and who have purchased a 2026 holiday gift set from Cosmétique France Laure online at francelaure.com and/or from a beauty salon and spa recognized by Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC.
The following are excluded: directors, officers, executives, employees, agents, and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its company Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC, any company, trust, or other entity controlled by or affiliated with them, any participating Store, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, partners in this contest, including members of beauty salons and spas partnering with Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC, as well as immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, legal or common-law spouse, regardless of their place of residence) of the aforementioned persons or persons with whom they reside (whether or not they are related).
4. CONTEST ORGANIZATION
Golden tickets will be randomly hidden in orders for the 2026 holiday season face care sets. Winners will know they have won once they have unpacked and opened their 2026 holiday season face care set(s) in their entirety and found a France Laure golden ticket inside. At that point, they will have until the end of the contest, April 30, 2027, at 11:59 p.m., to claim, upon presentation of the golden ticket and its unique number, a treatment worth $120, excluding taxes, purchased online at francelaure.com and/or at the beauty salon and spa, partner of Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC, where they previously purchased the 2026 holiday facial gift set(s). The salon providing the treatment chosen by the winner must send the invoice for the treatment to Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC so that it can be definitively recorded.
The winner who finds a golden ticket after making an online purchase on the francelaure.com website must first write to and/or identify France Laure on its social media accounts France.laure or via the email address marketing@francelaure.com before contacting their nearest France Laure partner salon to receive the treatment worth $120 before tax.
Anyone who has purchased, unpacked, and opened their 2026 holiday face care set(s) in their entirety and has not found any golden tickets will automatically be considered a loser and will not be eligible to claim the prize associated with the golden ticket(s).
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Minimum purchase of one 2026 holiday facial gift set from Cosmétique France Laure on the francelaure.com website and/or at a beauty salon and spa recognized by Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC. Anyone who has received a 2026 holiday facial gift set as a gift is also automatically entered into the contest.
The Contest is open to residents of the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick, online at francelaure.com, on the social media accounts of France Laure and partner beauty salons and spas, and at the partner beauty salons and spas of Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC. listed at https://francelaure.com/pages/store-locator.
6. PRIZES
Description: Golden tickets produced by France Laure, each with a unique number assigned and registered by France Laure.
Value: $120 each, excluding taxes.
Number: 20.
Chance of winning per prize: Depends on the number of 2026 Holiday Face Gift Sets purchased during the contest period.
Prizes will be randomly hidden when the 2026 Holiday Face Care Gift Sets are prepared for shipment. A winner may win a prize multiple times if they purchase multiple 2026 Holiday Face Care Gift Sets containing a golden ticket. Winners may not request a specific prize.
The only warranty is that of the manufacturer and supplier of the prizes, Cosmétiques France Laure 1970 INC. No warranty other than that of the manufacturer and supplier of the prizes shall apply. The Organizer has no responsibility for the prize and the associated treatment once it has been won.
7. CLAIMING PRIZES
In order to be declared a winner, all contest participants must:
a) For online purchases: visit the participating beauty salon and spa closest to your home at https://francelaure.com/pages/store-locator with your golden ticket in hand to request a treatment worth at least $120 before taxes. For purchases made at participating institutes: show it to a manager at the participating beauty salon and spa where you purchased your 2026 holiday facial gift set.
If the winner is unable to visit the participating beauty salon and spa, they must email a clear and legible photo of both sides of the golden ticket.
b) Send a photo of the golden ticket to the email address marketing@francelaure.com or to France Laure's Facebook and/or Instagram page. The golden ticket must be photographed clearly and legibly, on both sides.
c) Ask your beautician for a facial or body treatment offered by the participating beauty salon and spa with a minimum value of $120 before tax. The winner may choose a treatment worth more than $120 before tax, but must pay the difference.
d) Follow France Laure on Instagram.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules or to accept the prize will result in the winner being disqualified and forfeiting the $120 treatment associated with the prize. In such a case, the Contest Organizer may, at its discretion, cancel the prize. If no participant with a 2026 Holiday Facial Gift Set containing a golden ticket is declared the winner by April 30, 2027, at 11:59 p.m., the prize will be canceled.
Refusal to accept a prize. A winner's refusal to accept a prize in accordance with these rules releases the Contest Organizer from any obligation related to that prize to that person.
Awarding of prizes. No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed as such. Prizes may be transferred once from one individual to another upon presentation of the invoice for the 2026 holiday facial gift set containing the golden ticket. Once the treatment associated with the prize has been provided by the beauty salon and spa partner of Cosmétiques France Laure, it may no longer be transferred to another individual. It must be accepted as is, without substitution in cash or otherwise, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
Prize Claim Costs. All costs or expenses incurred by winners in connection with claiming or using a prize are the responsibility of the winners.
Limited Prizes. In no event shall the Contest Organizer be obligated to award more prizes or award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Disqualification. All documents related to the Contest, including but not limited to golden tickets, are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer. Golden tickets and contest entries that contain errors, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent, or damaged information, or that contain a printing error, or that have been tampered with, altered, falsified, reproduced, or obtained illegally will be disqualified. Participants who do not comply with these rules may be excluded from this Contest and any future contests or promotions held by the Organizer, including, without limitation, any participant guilty or suspected of tampering with the golden tickets or equipment, the processing of entries, the conduct of the Contest or any technical or mechanical aspect of the Contest, deliberately damaging the websites, web pages, and applications related to this Contest, or sabotaging the legitimate conduct of the Contest, violating these rules, for example, by using a means contrary to these rules or unfair to other participants, or by acting in a disloyal manner or in a manner intended to harm or annoy, torment, threaten, or harass another person. ANY PARTICIPANT OR OTHER PERSON WHO DELIBERATELY ATTEMPTS TO DAMAGE A WEBSITE, EQUIPMENT, AN APPLICATION OR TECHNOLOGY USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR TO INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS COMMITTING A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND A CIVIL TORT, AND THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN SUCH A CASE, THE RIGHT TO REPORT SUCH PERSON TO THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES AND TO CLAIM FROM SUCH PERSON ALL DAMAGES PERMITTED BY LAW.
Website operation. The Contest Organizer does not guarantee in any way that the Contest websites, on which participants can purchase their 2026 holiday face care sets, available here https://francelaure.com/pages/store-locator and/or directly on the France Laure website, available here https:// francelaure.com/, will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest period or that it is free of errors.
Cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, this Contest in the event of an event that disrupts its proper conduct, such as a computer system difficulty or any human intervention that could alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality, or conduct of the Contest as provided for in these rules, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required.
End of Contest Participation. In the event that the Contest must be terminated in whole or in part before the end of the Contest Period, the random draw may be conducted, at the discretion of the Contest Organizer, from among eligible entries (persons who have purchased a 2026 Holiday Face Care Set) and can provide proof of purchase by means of a receipt, during the Contest Period or, if applicable, until the date of the event that terminated the Contest.
Personal information. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Organizer and/or its authorized agents for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding prizes. By accepting a prize, any winner authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if required, their name, address (city, state), voice, statements, photograph, image, and other representations and recordings for advertising purposes in any media, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice and without any form of compensation. Any participant may be required to sign a confirmation to this effect.
Decision of the Contest Organizer. Any decision made by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision made by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (Quebec Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Authority) in relation to any matter within its jurisdiction.
Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. The Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec is not bound in any way by the Contest and cannot be held liable in any way for any matter relating to the Contest.
Facebook. If the Contest is hosted on the Facebook platform, all participants confirm that they release Facebook from any liability or damages of any kind that may arise from their participation in the Contest and acknowledge that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor is it associated with Facebook. The information provided by participants is provided to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook.
